All our products are made to order here at CIA Laser and Designs, so ALL SALES ARE FINAL and cannot be returned.   I try my absolute best to make sure there are no defects to the product before shipping out the final product. Please make sure all spelling is correct as I only copy and paste the name or phrase and cannot be responsible for errors in spelling. Please ask any questions you may have as once it has been lasered, it cannot be altered in any way. Thank you.
