- Normally ships in 1 to 5 business days, and in some cases sooner than this. Every single item here at CIA Laser and Designs LLC, is ONLY made as it is ordered. We do not mass produce any of my items, each product is made SPECIALLY for YOU!! We try and get orders completed and shipped out as soon as possible. The shipping time frame depends on if I have your tumbler/product in stock, and how many orders are ahead of yours.
