RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
-All custom-designed ornaments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature.
-If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
-For any questions regarding customization, spelling, or order details, reach out to us prior to purchase to ensure your ornament is exactly as desired.
To keep your ornaments looking their best, gently dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using water or harsh cleaning products, as these can damage the wood and finish.
